Our house hunting journey started in January, my mom decided it was her time to retire & head back to NL from Ontario! Each time a house in our budget/ preferred location would come on the market Megan would immediately book a viewing ! Through our search many hours were spent FaceTiming mom in Ontario, asking questions, MULTIPLE OFFERS- and finally the stars all aligned for the perfect property. Megan ensured all needs were met! Closing day we were met with quite a mess of a house- Megan quickly rectified the situation by contacting the selling agent & had a refund for a professional cleaning. We faced multiple viewings, offers, bidding wars, and scheduling wasn't always easy. But she did it. And mom is finally settled in her home
